Introducing our participant representatives

At Euro-BBW, the Participant Representative Council (TNV) consists of seven members, including the student representative, who is elected in accordance with the provisions of Rhineland-Palatinate school law. It represents the interests of all participants in various measures and works on the basis of SGB IX and jointly developed participant representation regulations.

The seven-member TNV is made up of the equal opportunities officer, the women's representative, the representative for the severely disabled, the spokesperson for vocational preparation, the spokesperson for training, the boarding school spokesperson and the school spokesperson. The board is made up of Dylan Klesper (TNV spokesperson), Yasmin Marnett (deputy spokesperson) and Marika Harrison (secretary).

We met the current participant representatives and asked them about their plans for this year and their message to the participants:

"We, as your participant representatives, are responsible for your well-being all round. We have representatives for all areas (work, school and housing). We always have an open ear for all participants. We actively advocate for your concerns with all the means at our disposal, and also to amplify your voices. We also want to work towards strong collaboration between employees and participants in the rehab team. So if you want to see one of us and have a concern: take courage! We are here to help!"
