Quality at the Euro-BBW

The general agreement with the Federal Employment Agency of 1st August 2015 obliges all vocational training centres to provide an adequate quality management system as a comprehensive organisational objective of one’s own work. From the beginning, the European Vocational Training Centre’s quality management system is based on the requirements of the international norm ISO 9001 and is furthermore oriented towards the model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

Our concept of quality is based on the following principles:

  • Quality is customer-oriented, i.e. it is oriented towards the needs, interests and contentment of the persons undergoing rehabilitation, the sponsors of rehabilitation and the companies,
  • Quality is generated and reviewed by all employees at all levels; our employees are our most important resource, we encourage and support our employees, protecting their health and their motivation,
  • Quality refers to processes and results as well and comprises several dimensions,
  • Quality arises out of a process and has to be reestablished and maintained by active involvement again and again.

It is part of the manager’s responsibility to orient process management towards the customers. Our quality management is the foundation to achieve our special standards in vocational rehabilitation:

Our common objective is the sustainable promotion and strengthening of the social participation of people with disabilities in an appreciative way of interaction with each other and with innovative means.
