Last week, the trainees of the Euro-BBW organized an internal career fair for the participants of the pre-vocational training measures. In advance, they diligently collected ideas on how the respective profession could best be presented in theory and practice.

Each training area was initially presented with the essential information at its own stand. At the future carpenters' booth, visitors could see for themselves at the workbench that this job looks easier than it is. At the "Tatort Küche" (kitchen scene), live demonstrations were given of how and with which tools fruit and vegetables can be cut or peeled in an appealing way, and of course there were also some tasty sweet and savory samples for direct consumption at this stand. At the home economics stand, visitors could see an example of a beautifully laid table and learn all kinds of things about healthy eating.

Our future IT specialists gave an insight into the inner workings of a computer, among other things. In the media design area, they were amazed at the variety of products designed by media designers. The prospective office management trainees presented their virtual training company "Mindschmiede", which functions like a real company, except that orders are only processed virtually. In the area of tourism, for example, you could test your knowledge with a "sightseeing memory", and our gardeners presented various working tools and reported on the possibility of participating in the natural stone course on Crete.

Our BvB participants were enthusiastic and are now one step further on their way to choosing a profession.
