As a member of the German association of practice firms, the company has a product range encompassing travel of all kinds as well as a broad selection of additional products involving all aspects of travel and is able to establish business contacts to more than 500 other practice firms all over Germany and even about 5000 practice firms in 42 countries at present. Particularly the European market of practice firms plays a major role here, as documented not least of all by the regular participation in international practice firm trade fairs. Taking action on the basis of personal responsibility and the methodical approach of the trainees characterize to a high degree the action-oriented methodology of the practice firm as a place of learning. In principle Office Communication Specialists (m/f) can work in all companies in industry, trade and administration as well as in associations and independent professions.

Vocational skills

Office Communication Specialists (m/f) are specialized in company communication. They take care of correspondence, process mail, prepare statistics and keep files using stateof- the-art means of office organization and communication. The basic tasks include keeping appointment calendars and holiday lists as well as preparing meetings and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Customer care and know-how in personnel administration and accounting round off a broad administrative spectrum. Besides communicative competence, the job outline also demands a pronounced ability to work in a team on the part of the trainees.
Office Communication Specialists (m/f) perform in-company secretarial tasks, provide assistance and assume operational, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Both written and oral language skills as well as good know-how in handling state-ofthe- art office communication technology qualify them for a wide variety of occupational assignments.
