Vocational qualification

The European Vocational Training Centre Bitburg offers young people and adults with disabilities differentiated and harmonised vocational orientation and qualification measures. An essential element of our work is a vocational training in 12 recognized professions at present. These are done on the basis of legal regulations, of the respective training rules and of the general curricula.

Our licensed private vocational school in the European Vocational Training Centre Bitburg forms the second element in the dual training system. Thanks to the personal and spatial proximity of vocational school and vocational training, the contents and organisational procedures can be interlocked and thus be made more clear and comprehensible fort he participants.

One particularity of the Euro-BBW is the third component, the learning studio. The numerous offers of this learning studio help the participants to bridge their gaps, to mend deficits and to elaborate general competences and additional qualifications.

At large, qualified collaborators, a multitude of special needs support as well as the use of the latest instruction media enable action-oriented learning until the successful completion of the training. All measures offered comply with the current and future requirements of the labour market.

Internships during the training in Germany and also in other European countries as well as application training and job search support are an fundamental element of our work which is oriented towards integration.

Another essential task of our work in the European Vocational Training Centre Bitburg is to create perspectives by qualification and to give instructions to lifelong learning. 100 % of our first examinees in the year 2003 passed the examination and this was a remarkable success in our short history. The successful placements into the labour market also give reason to continue our path in the future.
