Aim

It is the main task of the integration counselling to prepare trainees of the European Vocational Training Centre for employment subsequently to their training. Experience has shown that it is reasonable to start with the counselling already at the beginning of training.

We specifically aim at an integration into the labour market alongside the practical trainings.

Duration

For the duration of the training as well as aftercare operations for a period of 12 months after the end of the training

Documentation

Documentation of the traineeship phases by evaluation and assessment forms. Consideration in the planning of individual support. Minutes of talks, reports, statistic surveys.

Personnel

Qualified employees with business and socio-educational background and long-time experience in the field of employment service.

During training and job-seeking the staff of the integration counselling supports the trainees wherever necessary. But it is also a matter of concern for the integration counselling to convey the necessary tools to the participants in order to enable them to find their own way on the labour market.
