At present we offer the following secretarial training:

  • Office manager (three year complete course)

This secretarial profession is trained in our virtual business "Vital Global GmbH", which is part of the German as well as the international virtual business network. The company's objectives are the arrangement of tours, the sale of commodities to the traveler. This combination of sales and tourism takes up the current mainstream of this branch.

The work in the virtual business is no different from that in a real company. There are the same range of departments like order management and coordination, business procedures in small and medium-sized enterprises, procurement and logistics and assistance and secretariat; products from suppliers are ordered, orders from other practice firms processed and reminders written. Once per year our trainees present their company at the international practice firms’ fair, e.g. in Prague, Barcelona or in Germany.

Since 1st August 2014, the trainings “specialist in office communication” and “office clerk” are merged under the new designation “office manager”. The trainees acquire a broad understanding of commercial and business management and are able to understand typical professional tasks, discuss problems and methods and develop, justify and reflect solutions.

Furthermore, trainees in the office sector organize the purchase and administration of office material in our office service center for all departments of the Euro-BBW. 

Trainee office staff organise over and above, the purchase and distribution of office material for all departments within the Euro-BBW and take on secretarial and archiving tasks.
