The Euro-BBW has four learning environments in which chefs (3 year full qualification) or kitchen assistants (3 year lower grade course) can complete their training programme:

  • A modern, fully equipped training kitchen where small groups learn the first basic skills.
  • Our cafeteria kitchen where we offer a varied menue from Monday to Friday for 300 customers on average, consisting of trainees, employees and visitors. This gives our trainee chefs the opportunity to get first hand experience of work in a canteen kitchen. All types of work are covered. From salad, soup, meat and vegetable courses to desserts.
  • Our inhouse training restaurant "Finesse" where the paying guest is offered a high class à la Carte menue.

The preparation of a wide range of specialised meals presents a particular challenge, for example: with lactose, glutton or salt free nutrition as well as vegetarian and vegan variations, in calorie or allergy related diets as in high calorie supplemented foods.

Our canteen caters regularly for the conferences, sessions and meetings taking place at the Euro-BBW preparing special menues, buffets and fingerfood.
